Production

Production of Charcoal

Charcoal is a light, black residue, consisting of carbon and any remaining ash, obtained by removing water and other volatile constituents from animal and vegetation substances.

Charcoal is usually produced by slow pyrolysis, the heating of wood or other substances in the absence of oxygen.

We receive our charcoal in Bulk form which we then sieve to take out all the ash and sand.

After this we sieve according to the clients specifications.

Production of Briquettes

Briquettes is a process where we use the fines after we took out the lump charcoal, and we use this in a compressed method under high pressure to form a round or square briquette that can be used for heating purpose. Our briquettes is bio-friendly and we only add water and starch to our product.
